Menai Bridge is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support growth and deliver exceptional service across reception, communications and vehicle logistics. You will welcome customers, coordinate with workshops, and manage courtesy car movements while upholding company policy and service levels.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a positive customer experience, and adherence to procedures across a network of sites and home-working options.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication skills across phone, email and in person.
• Computer literate with basic IT skills.

Aufgaben

• Greeting customers, issuing courtesy cars, liaising with the workshop and updating customers.
• Responsible for the reception area, including greeting customers and providing a positive and welcoming experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Co-ordinate and manage the logistics of a collection/delivery service based on a large fleet of courtesy cars.
• Carry out visual inspections of courtesy or customer vehicles to identify any accidental damage caused to avoid uninsured loss damage costs.
• Supporting with handling complaints in line with Company policy.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
• Excellent communication skills in all areas, including by telephone, email and in face-to-face situations.
• Computer literate.
