Job summary

Recruit4Staff represents a leading manufacturing client recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for their Northallerton facility. The role focuses on handling incoming calls, supporting CSC activities, and ensuring high levels of customer service across service contracts and breakdowns.

The candidate should have dealership experience, strong communication and IT skills, and be able to work well within a team.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service roles within a busy environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Strong IT skills and proficient computer literacy.
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
Experience with SAP or Salesforce is desirable.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and provide friendly, professional service.
Provide administrative support to CSC activities within Service.
Liaise with customers to maintain high service levels.
Raise quotes, estimates and invoices for chargeable work.
Respond to customer inquiries about breakdowns and servicing.
Coordinate with Depot, ASCs and Central Service regarding on-call or service contracts.
Handle day-to-day administration.
Route calls to controllers.
