Recruit4Staff represents a leading manufacturing client recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for their Northallerton facility. The role focuses on handling incoming calls, supporting CSC activities, and ensuring high levels of customer service across service contracts and breakdowns.

The candidate should have dealership experience, strong communication and IT skills, and be able to work well within a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles within a busy environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong IT skills and proficient computer literacy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
• Experience with SAP or Salesforce is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and provide friendly, professional service.
• Provide administrative support to CSC activities within Service.
• Liaise with customers to maintain high service levels.
• Raise quotes, estimates and invoices for chargeable work.
• Respond to customer inquiries about breakdowns and servicing.
• Coordinate with Depot, ASCs and Central Service regarding on-call or service contracts.
• Handle day-to-day administration.
• Route calls to controllers.

For the successful Customer Service Advisor, our client is offering:

• Monday - Thursday 8:45 am- 5 pm and Fridays 8:45 am- 4:30 pm

The Role - Customer Service Advisor:

• Accepting incoming calls
• To provide administrative support to the CSC activities of the Service department.
• Liaise with customers to provide a consistently high level of customer service
• Raising quotes, estimates and invoices for chargeable work
• Responding to customer enquiries for breakdowns and servicing
• Liaising with Depot, ASCs and Central Service team regarding all aspects of on-call or service contracts.
• Day-to-day administration
• Passing calls to the controllers
