Job summary

Precision Tune Auto Care NC in Raleigh, NC is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers. You will greet customers in-store and over the phone, explain services, schedule appointments, and help sell parts and automotive services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license or ID is required.
• 1+ year of automotive service/advisor role; or 1-2+ years of sales & or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work days, Saturdays, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in-store and over the phone.
• Schedule appointments, explain services, and sell parts and automotive services.
• Support shop productivity through work order and register transactions.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Help resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service.
