Job summary

Precision Tune Auto Care NC is hiring an Automotive Service Advisor/Customer Service representative to be the first point of contact for customers, both in-store and over the phone. This full-time role offers competitive pay and benefits along with the chance to help customers select and schedule services.

You will greet customers, explain services, schedule appointments, and support shop productivity while upholding safety and a clean work area. All qualified applicants are welcome.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license or ID.
• 1+ year of automotive service/advisor role; or 1-2+ years of sales & or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Phone skills.
• Comfortable with basic math and calculating discounts.
• Ability to work days, Saturdays, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in-store and over the phone.
• Schedule appointments, explain services, and sell parts and automotive services.
• Support shop productivity through work order and register transactions.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Help resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service.
