Precision Tune Auto Care NC is seeking a friendly Automotive Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers in-store and by phone. This full-time role offers growth opportunities in a fast-paced auto care environment.

You will schedule appointments, explain services, upsell parts and automotive services, and help keep the shop productive while ensuring safety and cleanliness. Eligible for benefits after 90 days.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year automotive service/advisor experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and engage customers in-store and over the phone.
• Schedule appointments, explain services, and sell parts and automotive services.
• Support shop productivity through work order and register transactions.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Help resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 1+ year of automotive service/advisor role; or 1-2+ years of sales & or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Phone skills
• Comfortable with basic math and calculating discounts.
• Ability to work days, Saturdays, and some holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, and bending.
• Climb ladders and safely operate a vehicle.
