Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Beaver Global is seeking a Customer Service & Administration Officer to manage customer enquiries and orders from start to finish. You will prepare quotes, source products, liaise with suppliers, coordinate deliveries, and ensure accurate data in our systems.
We value quick learners with a strong work ethic who enjoy a fast-paced environment, robust attention to detail, and clear communication with customers and suppliers. Training is provided to learn our products and processes.
Are you organised, quick to learn and good at getting things done?
We’re looking for a switched-on Customer Service & Administration Officer who enjoys working at pace, helping customers and keeping lots of moving parts organised.
This isn’t a typical general administration role. You’ll manage customer enquiries and orders from start to finish, preparing quotes, sourcing products, liaising with suppliers, coordinating deliveries and making sure everything is accurately recorded in our systems.
You don’t need experience in mining, industrial supply or procurement. We’ll teach you our products, systems and processes. What we’re looking for is someone who learns quickly, has a strong work ethic, takes pride in getting the details right and genuinely enjoys being productive.
If you’re someone who likes being busy, solving problems and getting things done, you’ll fit in well here.
Beaver Global is a single-source procurement business specialising in supplying remote overseas mine sites from Australia.
Our customers rely on us to source and procure the spare parts, equipment and consumables they need to keep their operations running. That means the work is varied, one enquiry might be straightforward, while the next could involve tracking down a specialised product from a new supplier.
The business has been operating for more than 30 years and is part of the larger Beaver Group. We’re based in Perth and supply customers around the world.
You’ll be part of a small, experienced and supportive team, managing customer requirements from their first enquiry through to delivery.
Key responsibilities will include:
You’ll often have multiple quotes and orders underway at once, so being organised, accurate and comfortable working at a fast pace is important.
We’re more interested in your capability and attitude than the industry you’ve worked in.
You may currently work in administration, customer service, sales support, order processing, logistics, purchasing or another busy office environment.
We’re looking for someone who:
Once trained, you’ll be trusted to manage your responsibilities confidently and work without constant supervision.
At Beaver, you’ll join a friendly, down‑to‑earth team where people work hard, help each other and take pride in doing a good job.
