Job summary

Weir Minerals is seeking a Service Administrator to underpin the Service Centre, ensuring SHEQ compliance, accurate documentation, and efficient workflow. You will work closely with the Service Centre Manager, workshop, and sales teams to support project delivery and operational standards.

Responsibilities include administration across maintenance planning, tagging records, financial reporting, supplier relationships, and training coordination within Workday.

Qualifications

Experience in SHEQ or Management Systems administration within industrial, manufacturing, or service environments.
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Standards, compliance requirements, and documentation control.
Experience in SAP and Coupa is desirable.
Highly organised with attention to detail for record keeping, reporting, and compliance documentation.
Experience supporting audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and business process standardisation.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

Maintain and improve the Service Centre SHEQ Management System to ISO 9001 standards.
Coordinate SHEQ compliance activities, audits, and documentation control.
Manage Service Centre administration including maintenance planning databases and records.
Lead procurement activities through Coupa—from requisitions to expediting orders.
Administer SAP systems and data management, generate reports, track jobs from initiation to completion.
Coordinate training and workforce administration, including onboarding and training records in Workday.
Demonstrate commitment to zero harm and safety culture.

Together, we drive the shift to smart, efficient, and more sustainable mining.Make your impactAs our Service Administrator, you will be the backbone of the Service Centre, providing essential support across SHEQ compliance, project coordination, SAP administration, and day-to-day operations. Working closely with the Service Centre Manager, workshop, and sales teams, you\'ll ensure accurate documentation, efficient workflows, successful project delivery, and a high standard of operational compliance.What You’ll Do

Maintain and continuously improve the Service Centre SHEQ Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and internal/external standards.
Coordinate SHEQ compliance activities, audits, documentation control, and ongoing monitoring of compliance programs.
Manage Service Centre administration, including maintenance planning databases, testing and tagging records, financial reporting, and supplier/subcontractor relationships.
Lead procurement activities through Coupa, including purchase requisitions, purchase order expediting, and support for continuous improvement initiatives.
Administer SAP systems and data management processes, generating reports and overseeing job tracking from initiation through to completion.
Coordinate training and workforce administration, including onboarding, training records in Workday, external training bookings, cross-training matrices, and general office management support.

What You’ll Bring

Experience working in a similar position with demonstrated experience in SHEQ or Management Systems administration within industrial, manufacturing, or service environments.
Strong understanding of Quality Management Standards, compliance requirements, and documentation control.
Experience in SAP and Coupa is desirable
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accurate record keeping, reporting, and compliance documentation.
Experience supporting internal and external audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and business process standardisation.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate training, liaise with suppliers and subcontractors, and provide cross-functional support in a fast-paced environment.
