Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Atlanta is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience, support Repair Facility Team administratively, and manage relationships with customers and insurance partners. You will schedule repairs, retrieve insurance assignments, and prepare RO packets for processing.

A High School Diploma or GED is required, with a minimum of one year in a similar role; auto-body exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in a similar administrative role.
• Preferred 1 year in auto body or related environment; prior customer service helpful.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle repairs using scheduling tools and proper scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklists, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One notes.
• Manage ARMS system and ensure entries are reflected in CCC One.
