Imerys in Roswell, GA is seeking a Customer Account Services Specialist to manage pre-order and post-delivery services, onboarding customers, maintain records, price administration, credit requests, and handling complaints.

You will collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Credit, and the SSC to enhance the customer experience, requiring meticulous attention to detail, strong service skills, and the ability to learn new processes quickly in a hybrid work setting.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, analytics, billing or supply chain, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• CRM experience such as Salesforce is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate quick and accurate onboarding of new customers with key functions.
• Set up and update customer records in our systems.
• Partner with Sales to administer pricing.
• Ensure customer records are maintained and address record integrity issues.
• Research credit requests and submit for approval.

Job Title: Customer Account Services Specialist

Location: Roswell, GA (Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote)

Hours: Monday-Friday, dayshift

The Customer Account Services Specialist will be responsible for pre-order and post-delivery services, including customer onboarding, customer records management, price administration, credit requests, and complaints . The Customer Account Services Specialist will closely partner with Customer Service, Sales, Credit, and the SSC to improve the customer experience. This role will require a high attention to details, advanced customer service skills, as well as the ability to quickly learn new processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the quick and accurate onboarding of new customers partnering with key functions
• Set up and update customer records in our systems
• Partner with Sales organization to properly administer price
• Ensure customer records are maintained. Identify and address record integrity issues
• Research credit requests and submit for approval
• Enter customer complaints and submit for approval

Education Requirements/Experience

• High School diploma required , Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with ERP database system, preferably SAP. Preferred experience with a CRM software such as Salesforce
