Job summary

Kiss Nail Products, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the Sales Team, respond to customer inquiries, and manage order processing and returns. The role involves ensuring timely shipping resolutions and effective communication between customers and the Sales team.

The position includes handling real-time order processing, supporting Canada and grand-opening orders, and addressing shortages or damages. A focus on customer satisfaction and accurate billing is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience supporting sales teams and processing orders is a plus.
• Familiarity with shipping issues and carrier tracking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth sales activities.
• Serve as liaison between customers and Sales team, relaying feedback.
• Handle sales orders and returns, including adjustments and billing reviews.
• Monitor real-time sales orders (mobile/Email/Fax/Phone) and input manual orders.
• Process Canada orders and grand-opening orders; check backorders.
