Job summary

Kiss Products is seeking an Order Management Specialist to oversee the end-to-end processing of customer orders from receipt to invoicing. You will coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Finance to ensure accuracy, timely fulfillment, and strong service levels while addressing discrepancies and equipment issues.

In this role you will manage SAP-based order entry, monitor open orders, and support onboarding of new customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience or industry exposure.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders in SAP from receipt through invoicing and follow-up.
• Process EDI and manual orders, validate pricing, ship-to, delivery date and quantities.
• Generate and analyze reports to support KPI tracking and continuous improvement.

Job Description Summary:The Order Management Specialist supports the end-to-end order management process for domestic and international customers, ensuring purchase orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with customer and retailer requirements. This role partners closely with Sales, Demand Planning, Purchasing, Global Logistics, Finance, IT/EDI, and Warehouse teams to monitor order status, resolve discrepancies, support fulfillment, and maintain strong service levels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while supporting process improvement and operational excellence.Job Description:Position OverviewThe Order Management Specialist is responsible for supporting accurate and timely execution of customer orders from receipt through fulfillment and invoicing.
