Job summary

Kelly Services partners with a premier company in Avon, CT to recruit a Customer Service Representative. You will be the first contact for health care members, providers, pharmacies, and other insurance carriers, handling claims and prescription issues by phone and email.

You will explain benefits clearly, document all interactions, and navigate internal databases and web platforms using Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Previous Customer Service experience is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Comfortable navigating internal databases and web-based platforms.

Customer Service Representative

Hours for this Customer Service Representative are

10:00am - 6pm or 11:00am - 7:00pm

Pay for this Customer Service Representative position is 19.00 per hour
