Reece USA in Austin, TX is seeking a Customer Sales Support Associate for the Bath + Kitchen Division. You will assist showroom and network consultants with administrative, order management, and customer service tasks throughout the customer journey.

This role emphasizes problem solving, timely follow-up, coordinating deliveries and installations, and building strong relationships with customers and vendors. Training and development opportunities support future sales growth.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher required.
• 1+ years in hospitality, retail, customer service, administrative support, or wholesale service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Experience providing customer support and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support showroom and branch operations through admin coordination.
• Manage backorders and vendor ETAs; communicate updates to customers.
• Enter Service Now tickets for maintenance/technical issues.
• Schedule deliveries and installations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and order docs.
• Provide post-sale service and follow up within 1 business day.
• Assist sales team with communications and project coordination.
• Aim to deliver outstanding customer experience.
