Reece USA is seeking a Customer Sales Support professional for the Bath + Kitchen Division in Austin, TX. The role supports showroom and network consultants through administrative, operational, and customer service tasks across the customer journey.

You will assist with order management, scheduling, and coordinating installations while developing readiness for future showroom sales opportunities. The position emphasizes service excellence and process execution.

Formación

• Associate degree or higher.
• 1+ years in hospitality, retail, customer service, administrative support, or wholesale service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite of products.
• Experience providing customer support, coordinating activities, or managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to showroom and branch operations.
• Manage backorders and coordinate with vendors for ETAs and status updates.
• Schedule deliveries and installations and maintain accurate customer records.
• Support the sales team with customer communications and project coordination.
• Post-sale service coordination including scheduling service calls and follow-up.
