Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in call center, retail, or consumer sales.
• Experience handling cash and basic reconciliation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with data entry and PC applications.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and retention targets by following policies and procedures.
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products and services.
• Provide clear information about products, services, billing, and equipment usage.
• Stay informed of current campaigns and offers and communicate them to customers.
• Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot basic service issues, and schedule on-site calls.
• Process payments, balance cash drawers, and verify monies.
• Manage equipment dispatch and inventory documentation.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and respectful conduct.
• Ensure customer interactions meet sales, quality, and productivity standards.
• Demonstrate courtesy and explain billing processes and offerings clearly.
