Job summary

Regal Car Sales and Credit is seeking a Customer Sales Representative in Joplin. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour plus commission, with training provided. You will guide customers from first inquiry through vehicle purchase, using a friendly, no-pressure approach.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Sales Representative, you'll work directly with customers and help guide them from their first inquiry through the purchase of their next vehicle.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and providing a friendly, no-pressure experience
• Communicating with customers by phone, text, email, and in person
• Helping customers through the application and qualification process
• Explaining the requirements and steps to purchase a vehicle from Regal
• Helping customers select a vehicle that fits their needs
• Responding to online leads and customer inquiries

• Following up with prospective customers
• Maintaining your customer database in our company CRM
• Completing customer paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Working with your teammates to provide an excellent customer experience from start to finish

Previous automotive sales experience is NOT required.
