Job summary

Regal Car Sales and Credit (Corp) is hiring a Customer Sales Representative in Missouri. No automotive experience is required as training is provided; starting pay is $15.00 per hour plus commission, with a 40-hour workweek expectation.

You'll work with customers to guide them from initial inquiry to vehicle purchase, using multiple communication channels and maintaining an organized CRM to ensure a smooth, customer-focused experience.

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required; training provided.
• Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Available to work a 40-hour workweek and handle leads, appointments, and follow-up.
• Strong communication skills across phone, text, email and in person.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a friendly, no-pressure experience.
• Communicate with customers by phone, text, email, and in person.
• Assist customers through the application and qualification process.
• Explain requirements and steps to purchase a vehicle from Regal.
• Help customers select a vehicle that fits their needs.
• Respond to online leads and customer inquiries.
• Schedule customer appointments and follow up with prospects.
• Maintain customer database in the company CRM.
• Complete customer paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver an excellent customer experience.
