Job summary

Regal Car Sales and Credit is hiring Customer Sales Representatives to guide customers from inquiry to vehicle purchase. No automotive experience is required as we provide full training and support.

The role emphasizes helping customers, strong communication, and teamwork across our 14 locations in the tri-state area. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour plus commission, with benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required.
• Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Available to work a 40-hour workweek.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers from first inquiry to vehicle purchase.
• Greet customers with a friendly, no-pressure experience.
• Communicate by phone, text, email, and in person.
• Help customers through the application and qualification process.
• Explain purchase requirements and steps to complete a vehicle purchase.
• Help customers select a vehicle that fits their needs.
• Respond to online leads and customer inquiries.
• Schedule customer appointments and follow up with prospects.
• Maintain the customer database in the CRM.
• Complete customer paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver an excellent customer experience.
