Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Customer Sales & Engagement Specialist in Bremerton, WA. The role handles inquiries, sales support, and project coordination with a customer-first focus.

You will prepare proposals, maintain records, and coordinate between customers and internal teams. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, project coordination, or a related role.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Highly organized with strong follow through.
• Comfortable using business software and learning new systems.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and projects at the same time.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and know when to elevate issues.
• No surveying experience required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries by phone, email, and website submissions.

• Escalate technical questions or complex situations to surveying professionals as needed.
• Support business development and lead generation activities when needed.

Customer Sales & Engagement Specialist

Location: Bremerton, WA
Schedule: Full Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Pay: $25 to $30 per hour, DOE + Performance Bonuses

About the Role

TheCustomer Sales & Engagement Specialistwill serve as the primary point of contact for customers from initial inquiry through project completion. This role combines customer service, sales, proposal preparation, and project coordination to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries by phone, email, and website submissions.

• Experience preparing proposals, estimates, or quotes.
• Background in surveying, engineering, construction, real estate, architecture, or other professional services.
• Experience with consultative or service based sales.
