Mike Carpino Ford Parsons is seeking a motivated Customer Sales Representative to join our team. You will help customers find the right vehicle, stay on top of leads, and build lasting relationships through proactive follow-up and professional service.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience is encouraged, but not required.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative.
• Friendly, personable, and comfortable talking to customers.
• Consistent and dependable with customer follow ups.
• Comfortable reaching out to customers by phone, text, email, and in persons
• Available to work Saturdays from 8 AM - 3 PM
• Goal oriented with a desire to learn and grow
• Ability to work independently while also being part of a team
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and provide a friendly, professional dealership experience
• Assist customers in finding new or pre-owned vehicles that fit their needs
• Make outbound calls and reach out to potential customers
• Proactively work leads and look for new sales opportunities
• Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, texts, emails, and other customer inquiries
• Provide information on new and pre-owned vehicle features and options
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Consistently follow up with prospective customers
• Record accurate customer information, notes, and follow up activity in CRM
• Stay informed on Ford and Lincoln products, incentives, promotions, and available inventory
• Follow dealership sales process and complete all necessary tasks in a timely manner
• Work collaboratively with sales and service team members
• Represent Mike Carpino Ford Parsons professionally inside the dealership and in the community
