Porcaro Ford is seeking a Sales Professional / Product Specialist with a friendly, outgoing personality to join our team in Racine, WI. No automotive experience is required as we provide paid training and mentorship to help you succeed in a base-plus-commission role.

You’ll work with customer leads and dealership traffic, receive management coaching, and have advancement opportunities as you develop sales skills and performance.
