Job summary

Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a Vontier company, is seeking a Program Manager for Customer Project Rollouts to plan, execute, and oversee the deployment of Gasboy solutions for customers. This role ensures on-time, on-budget delivery with high customer satisfaction, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing budgets.

You will communicate with stakeholders, manage multiple workstreams, and monitor milestones, while supporting training and change management to promote adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex customer implementation or software deployment projects.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies (e.g., PMBOK), and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Up to 15% travel required for site visits and implementation oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for customer rollouts.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer projects and provide status updates.
• Coordinate and manage multiple workstreams across technical, implementation, and support teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans.
• Monitor progress against milestones and take corrective action as needed.
• Ensure quality standards are met and conduct post-implementation reviews.
• Support training and change management initiatives to promote adoption of Gasboy solutions.
