Staples is hiring a Customer Returns and Shipping Associate in Solana Beach, CA to support shipping needs and unpackaged returns in-store. You will deliver friendly, customer-focused service within a fun, team-oriented retail culture, with training provided and hiring immediate.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering strong customer service in a retail setting.
• Ability to lift/move items up to 100 pounds when required.
• Flexible schedule to meet store needs and store hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all Full-Serve Shipping and Unpackaged Returns activities, including customer engagement and preparing packages for pick-up for 3rd party carriers
• Provide strong customer service, assist with shipments and returns, including UPS and other services
• Identify customer needs for shipping options and explain available choices
• Maintain shipping area for efficient processing and storage of packages
• Ensure supplies for Shipping and Returns are in stock
• Be flexible with duties (online pick-ups, cleaning, etc.)
