Job summary

SIXT in Atlanta seeks a customer-focused team member to greet customers, process returns, inspect vehicles for damage and fuel, and promote SIXT services. You will ensure smooth fleet operations and contribute to a top-notch rental experience.

Responsibilities include handling returns, advising on final charges, coordinating with maintenance, and supporting fleet movement across locations. Flexible hours and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Background in sales, service, or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers on arrival and provide a friendly, professional return experience.
• Inspect rental vehicles for damage, fuel levels and mileage and escalate issues as needed.
• Complete returns accurately and explain final rental charges to customers.
