Job summary

Arona Home Essentials is hiring a Customer Retention Manager to drive lease renewals and manage customer relationships across our store network. You will lead efforts to collect payments, maintain accurate records, and support the GM in critical store operations.

The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a proactive approach to retention. BI-Lingual abilities are a plus, and a valid driver’s license is required for field duties.

Responsibilities

• Make immediate contact with customers who have not renewed lease agreements
• Maintain updated accurate customer information
• Support store operations by assisting other associates and acting as key holder in GM’s absence
• Monitor customer payment history and habits; advise ownership on customer actions
• Collect payments and obtain customer signatures on lease agreements
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
• Demonstrate strong leadership and clear communication skills
• Maintain professional appearance and organize responsibilities effectively

We are currently looking to hire a Customer Retention Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Immediate contact of all customers who have not renewed their lease agreement(s)
• Maintain updated accurate customer information
• Help support the overall needs of the store by assisting other associates and acting as key holder in the General Manager’s absence
• Monitor customer payment history and habits and make recommendations to support the customer to ownership
• Collect money and obtain customer signatures on lease agreements
• Other tasks as assigned by management

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Position routinely requires lifting, loading and “dollying” merchandise of 50 pounds or more
• Bi-Lingual a plus!!

Requirements:

Customer Retention Manager must have a satisfactory MVR (driving record), D.O.T. physical/certification, a valid Driver’s License and comply with the Arona Home Essentials Driver Qualification Policy. Customer Retention Manager must pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background investigation.
