Job summary

Arona Home Essentials seeks a Customer Retention Manager in Farmington, NM. This role involves contacting customers to renew leases, maintaining accurate records, and assisting store operations. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Position requires lifting and loading items of 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers who have not renewed their lease agreements.
• Maintain updated customer information.
• Assist other associates in the store as key holder when necessary.
• Monitor customer payment history and make recommendations.
• Collect money and obtain customer signatures on lease agreements.

We are currently looking to hire a Customer Retention Manager.

Responsibilities

• Immediate contact of all customers who have not renewed their lease agreement(s)
• Maintain updated accurate customer information
• Help support the overall needs of the store by assisting other associates and acting as key holder in the General Manager’s absence
• Monitor customer payment history and habits and make recommendations to support the customer to ownership
• Collect money and obtain customer signatures on lease agreements
• Other tasks as assigned by management

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Position routinely requires lifting, loading and “dollying” merchandise of 50 pounds or more

Requirements

Customer Retention Manager must have a satisfactory MVR (driving record), D.O.T. physical/certification, a valid Driver’s License and comply with the Arona Home Essentials Driver Qualification Policy. Customer Retention Manager must pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background investigation.
