Job summary

Arona Home Essentials in Miami seeks a Customer Retention Manager to lead client retention efforts, renewal strategies, and collections.

The role focuses on renewing leases, maintaining accurate client data, and supporting store operations; requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• DOT physical/certification and pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Clear background check.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers who have not renewed their lease promptly.
• Maintain and update customer information accurately.
• Assist store operations and act as key holder in GM's absence.
• Monitor payment history and advise ownership on at-risk accounts.
• Collect lease payments and obtain signatures.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
• Demonstrate leadership, communication, and professional appearance.
• Learn proper collection procedures and stay organized.
• Must be 18+ and able to lift 50 pounds.

We are currently looking to hire a Customer Retention Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Immediate contact of all customers who have not renewed their lease agreement(s)
• Maintain updated accurate customer information
• Help support the overall needs of the store by assisting other associates and acting as key holder in the General Manager’s absence
• Monitor customer payment history and habits and make recommendations to support the customer to ownership
• Collect money and obtain customer signatures on lease agreements
• Other tasks as assigned by management

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Position routinely requires lifting, loading and “dollying” merchandise of 50 pounds or more

Requirements:

Customer Retention Manager must have a satisfactory MVR (driving record), D.O.T. physical/certification, a valid Driver’s License and comply with the Arona Home Essentials Driver Qualification Policy. Customer Retention Manager must pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background investigation.
