Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of combined experience in: Finance Accounting Customer Service Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable Related business operations roles OR High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 6 years of combined experience in: Finance Accounting Customer Service Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable Related business operations roles

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer accounts, payment activity, disputes, delinquency trends, and credit-related concerns to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with account owners and cross-functional stakeholders to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal business partners.
• Manage collection activities and support the resolution of past-due balances.
• Receive, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries and complaints received through phone and email channels.
• Process customer credits, adjustments, and other transaction-related documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain detailed case records and provide timely updates through established case management processes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support initiatives that enhance service levels and operational effectiveness.
• Establish trust and credibility with internal and external stakeholders through responsiveness, accountability, and professionalism.
