A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Caledonia, MN. The role involves answering customer inquiries, processing policy requests, and maintaining accurate documentation. Responsibilities

Answer the phone in a professional and courteous manner.
Get mail from the post office, open it, stamp it and pull corresponding endorsement requests from suspense file.
Check customer declarations pages and other miscellaneous documents for accuracy on the agency management system.
Provide personal lines quotes to prospective and current customers.
Answer questions of customers and process policy change requests.
Communicate with companies for the purpose of handling customer needs.
File documents in the appropriate files.
Collect money from customers and document receipt of it on the computer if forwarding payment to the insurance company.
File claim reports on behalf of customers and place them in the suspense file.
Maintain the file for cancellation notices received from companies and monitor it on a weekly basis.
