Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; science-related preferred but not mandatory.
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in customer service, retail, or account management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email within SLA.
• Provide testing capability info, project status, and result interpretation.
• Serve as primary contact for customer questions, concerns, and escalations.
• Coordinate with sales, lab operations, and quality teams to support objectives.
• Create and maintain customer records and generate quotes for testing services.
