Job summary

Big Sandy Superstore is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to support retail customer service operations. You will verify order information, process payments, and handle warranty issues to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

The role requires strong verbal and written communication, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work with MS Office. A high school diploma or equivalent and prior clerical experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous clerical experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Verifies all information related to orders is accurate; identifies and corrects discrepancies.
• Completes all documentation accurately and processes cash balances, deliveries, sales orders, and account balances per guidelines.
• Provides customer service support by answering phones, managing counter inquiries, processing payments, and resolving customer questions/complaints.
• Completes and processes credit applications, payments, and financing paperwork.
• Communicates with internal and external personnel professionally and promptly.
• Maintains accurate files and processes to maximize productivity.
• Performs clerical support for store staff as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
