Welker is seeking a customer-focused professional to join its Customer Relations team in Sugar Land, Texas. You will drive order execution and serve as the main contact from receipt to shipment, coordinating with multiple internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely resolution.

The role emphasizes problem solving, strong communication, and meticulous organization in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates should be authorized to work in the U.S. and be ready to work onsite.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process sales and service orders accurately and efficiently using CRM and ERP systems.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and order-related questions.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve customer concerns and order discrepancies.
• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate shipping logistics, including required documentation for domestic and international shipments.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records within company systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and Shipping teams to support customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with departmental procedures and best practices.
• Communicate order status updates and important information to customers in a professional and timely manner.
