Welker in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a customer-focused professional to join our Customer Relations team. You will drive order execution and serve as the primary contact from order receipt to shipment.

Qualifications

• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate shipping logistics, including required documentation for domestic and international shipments.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records within company systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and Shipping teams to support customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with departmental procedures and best practices.
• Communicate order status updates and important information to customers in a professional and timely manner.

About The Role
