AmeriLux Family of Companies is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to bridge customers and internal teams, ensuring outstanding service and clear communication. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and help foster long-lasting relationships with our client base.

In this role, you will maintain accurate records in our CRM, coordinate across departments to fulfill orders, and contribute to a high-performing team dedicated to quality service and continuous improvement in the logistics
