Byers Automotive in Columbus, OH is looking for an Automotive Customer Relations Specialist to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will make follow-up calls to past service customers and prospects, provide initial product information, and guide them to dealership resources.

Responsibilities include handling internet leads, supporting print advertising materials, daily CRM usage, and data entry for monthly analysis.

Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience.
• Excel experience preferred.
• Team player attitude.
• Prompt and courteous.
• Enthusiastic personality.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must have strong computer skills.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.
