Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience.
• Microsoft Excel experience preferred.
• Prompt and courteous behavior.
• Enthusiastic personality.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Make follow up customer service calls to past service customers.
• Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Assist in the production of weekly and monthly printing of sales advertising mailers.
• Data entry in monthly sales analysis reporting.
