The Bob Speck State Farm Agency in Elkhorn, NE, seeks a Customer Relations Representative to deliver exceptional client experiences, handle inquiries about insurance options, and coordinate with agency team members to support community needs.

You will build relationships, respond promptly with accurate service, present quotes to prospective customers, and participate in training and development to advance within the office.

Qualifications

• Dedicated to customer service and building new relationships.
• Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
• Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
• Proactive in problem-solving.
• Ability to obtain state insurance licenses.
• Associates degree or higher, or related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Consult with prospective customers and provide quotes in a timely basis
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
