Job Description

We are looking for a customer‑focused professional to join Josh Brown's team as a Part‑Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) at State Farm. The CSR will build strong relationships with customers, address inquiries, and assist with insurance policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, answering questions, and providing guidance on insurance products and coverage options.
• Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and claims processing, including handling policy endorsements and accurately processing transactions.
• Analyze customer situations and find effective solutions, using strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑centric approach.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain the Property and Casualty License for the State of Illinois (costs reimbursed).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service orientation and genuine desire to help and support customers.
