Job summary

Cleveland Canvass is seeking a Customer Relations Representative to join our Cleveland team. If you enjoy talking with people and guiding conversations, this on-site, full-time role offers daily opportunities to engage with different customers in campaigns we represent.

You will meet customers face-to-face, introduce campaigns, answer questions, build rapport, and contribute to campaign goals through energetic, person-to-person interactions. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; good communication skills are helpful.
• Comfortable talking to people and building rapport.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, events, or a people-facing environment is useful.
