Koroseal Interior Products is seeking a Customer Relations Representative to serve as the primary contact for direct accounts, handling orders, quotes, and sample requests. The role involves coordinating with marketing, logistics, and quality control to ensure excellent service.

Based in Louisville, KY or Medina, OH, the in-person position reports to the Direct Account Supervisor and emphasizes proactive communication, organization, and team collaboration in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional and positive attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and customer-first mindset
• Must be able to sit for long periods and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs. safely

Responsibilities

• Support customers with product information, order placement, and general service needs.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments such as marketing, logistics and quality control.
• Manage requests for quotations, enter/update customer orders, and process sample requests.
• Provide proactive communication and problem-solving throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate internal documentation and communication records related to customer interactions.
• Manage inventory programs, ensuring alignment with established terms and proactive communication.
• Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
