Express Employment Professionals is recruiting a Customer Relations Representative for a local insurance company. The ideal candidate will drive value-based conversations and deliver remarkable customer experience while growing the business. You will work with the sales team to onboard clients and assist them through licensing, which the company will cover.

WAGE is $19–$20 per hour DOE, with commission opportunities once licensed. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), and more.

Express is actively recruiting for aCustomer Relations Representative for a local insurance company.

Individuals will work directly with the sales folks to onboard new clients and be available to clients to answer questions throughout the process. Individuals will have to get licensed, but the company will pay for the licensing.

WAGE - $19-$20 DOE - will earn commissions once licensed

DUTIES:

• Will work with the sales staff to help onboard new clients.
• Will be responsible for working with new customers to process all their paperwork for onboarding in a timely manner and communicate with the customer throughout the process.
• Will be responsible for answering customer questions on billing, questions on coverage etc.
• As a team member you will build and develop customer relationships
• Once individual is licensed, they will be available to earn commission.
