Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is helping a Carmel, IN independent insurance agency hire a Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative. This role expects outstanding customer service in Spanish and English to support owners and agents.

You will answer phones, greet guests, process payments, update policy data, and help clients compare policy options. If unlicensed, licensing costs are covered and paid training is provided.

Our client, an independent insurance agency in Carmel, IN has asked us to help them find a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Insurance Customer Service Representative to join their growing team.The person we placed in this job three years ago is being promoted, and we have the honor of finding their next great employee, which could be you!

In this role you will support the owner and insurance agents by providing exceptional customer service to client customers. This job is ideal for someone with previous insurance experience at an agency or in customer service such as Geico or Amica.If you have your insurance license, you will be given top consideration

What will you be doing as the Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative?

• Answer phones.
• Greet in-person guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Take payments and update client data and policy information.
• obtain your insurance license for you can provide information regarding policy options and pricing
• Updateclient files.
• Data entry and e-filing of documents that come in the mail.
• Send email and make outbound phone calls to update clients and prospect for new business.
• Attending networking events.
• If you are not licensed, our client will pay for your classwork and exam so you can obtain your insurance license.

Experience that will put you at the top of the list for consideration as the Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative:

• Front Office and/or Customer Service experience.
• A pleasant phone voice.
• Excellent data entry and accuracy.
• Experience making outbound phone calls.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Punctuality.
• Experience attending networking events.
• A good business wardrobe: our client works with high net worth individuals and you will represent the company in meetings.

• $24.00per hour.
• Our client offers full benefits, a 401(k) with 3% match, and pays for continuing education and licensing.
• If you are not licensed, our client will pay for your classwork and exam so you can obtain your insurance license.
• This is an evaluation, contract to hire job; assuming you like our client and they like you, you will be hired after 4 months.
