Job summary

Agri-Mark/McCadam/Cabot Creamery is seeking a customer relations professional to manage orders and logistics across EDI, eCommerce, and portals. You will liaise with Distribution, QA, Sales, and Accounting to ensure accurate invoicing, pricing updates, and timely deliveries.

The role emphasizes clear communication, organization, and problem solving in a fast-paced food manufacturing and distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong computer skills including Windows OS and Microsoft Office, with ability to learn new systems and portals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and identify urgent items.
• Strong problem-solving skills from issue identification to resolution.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers throughout order management and delivery process.
• Process orders via EDI, eCommerce, manual entry, and portals.
• Communicate about orders, inventory, pricing, delivery schedules, and logistics.
• Coordinate with Distribution to ensure orders release and are warehouse-ready.
• Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently build and prepare orders for transport.
• Address product quality concerns with Quality Assurance and customers.
• Coordinate inventory and delivery requirements with Demand Planning and Transportation.
• Review invoicing with Accounting and provide supporting documentation.
