State Farm Agent Team Member in New York, NY seeks a Customer Relations Representative to help grow the business through value-based conversations and outstanding service.

You will establish relationships, handle inquiries on insurance availability, coverage, and billing, and assist with website and social media content alongside the agent. Compensation includes salary plus commission/bonus with a signing bonus and perks.

• Work with the agent to help manage the website and social media content.
