Job summary

Europcar Group is seeking Ready Line/Return Agents in the Fox Rent A Car network to deliver a seamless rental experience. You will warmly welcome customers, inspect and prepare vehicles, secure keys, and complete essential paperwork while explaining charges as customers wrap up their rentals.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Welcome returning customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Inspect returning vehicles for damage, mileage, and fuel level accuracy.
• Secure vehicle keys and ensure personal belongings are removed.
• Submit paperwork to notify management of mechanical damage or issues.
• Review final rental contract and clearly explain charges.
