Resilient Structures is seeking a full-time Quality Engineering Specialist to join our team in St. George, UT. You will support quality initiatives, improve manufacturing processes, and uphold the standards that drive our success.

The ideal candidate will have a 3+ year background in quality engineering, training in QA/QC/QMS and ISO auditing, and strong data-analytic and leadership skills to foster continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree in quality or a related field
• 3+ years of quality engineering or manufacturing quality experience
• Training in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and ISO auditing
• Experience supporting ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Minitab, and engineering software
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Ability to wear required PPE and work safely in the assigned environment

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A QUALITY ENGINEERING SPECIALIST

In this full-time role, you'll maintain and improve quality across our manufacturing operations by analyzing quality data, leading root cause investigations, implementing corrective actions, supporting ISO 9001:2015 compliance, and providing technical guidance to production teams. You'll help ensure product conformance through inspections, process controls, and supplier quality initiatives while supporting new product development and continuous improvement efforts. Working closely with manufacturing, engineering, and leadership teams, you'll drive quality performance, reduce defects, and help foster a culture of operational excellence.
