Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Strategic Construction Project Manager in the United States to lead customer projects from planning through execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality outcomes. You will coordinate budgets, timelines, risks, and compliance for both Capex and Opex initiatives, and validate statements of work and contracts with customers.

You will develop schedules, monitor progress, escalate risks, and drive close-out activities with the customer’s project

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year engineering degree in ME/EE/IE or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution within scope, schedule, budget.
• Validate statements of work and contract terms with customers.
• Develop project schedules and coordinate with customers.
• Monitor progress and manage risks, budget, and timelines.
• Close-out activities including financial reconciliation and deliverables.
• Escalate critical issues to the management team.
