Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Customer Program Manager in Maple Grove, MN to act as the primary liaison for smaller customer accounts, overseeing programs to drive revenue and profits. The role leads teams, schedules, and budget tracking while ensuring timely product deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing process, schedules and SCM.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary interface between the customer and the company for managing programs to achieve planned revenue and profits.
• Works on day-to-day activities of customer accounts to ensure timely product deliveries and on-schedule projects.
• Coordinates and hosts regular program tracking meetings with the customer and internal teams to ensure ongoing communication and up-to-date progress.
• Manages current and planned programs to achieve revenue with guidance from senior team members.
• Communicates with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolves issues.
