Job summary

Celestica, Inc. in Maple Grove, MN, seeks a Master Planning and Scheduling leader to oversee the master planning process, drive production readiness, and guide the Scheduling team. You will collaborate with multiple functions to align plans with business goals and improve planning efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in planning/SCM, strong analytical skills, and proven leadership to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. This on-site role offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field (may vary by geography).
4–6 years of relevant experience in planning or SCM environment preferred.
Proficiency with MS Office and business applications.

Responsibilities

Lead master planning and production scheduling decisions to support business goals.
Coordinate with Business Office, IE, Production, Procurement, Planning and customers.
Identify and implement business process enhancements for SCM planning.
Track and report SCM metrics by customer on a monthly basis.
Support pilot production runs, new products, line re-assignments and engineering changes.
